This code is used only for the AM046/47 report. It specifies
the dummy account that the real dollar account (i.e,. the account using
this attribute) will roll up to in the hierarchical chain building process
of AM046. It specifies the next highest level of responsibility within
the pyramidal structure. |

This attribute is entered when an account is created. The
values are maintained with the department code list. New values are assigned
by the person in the Comptroller's Office responsible for maintaining the
FAS Users Manual whenever a new department is created. |
