  • Going forward, please forward requests and/ or inquiries for CareerBuilder postings, Hire Right passwords, background checks and offer letters directly to employment@uchicago.edu.
  • Offer Letter Reminder: Use the offer template on the HR Services website to create your offer letter. Even though you use the template, all offer letters must be sent to Wakara Terry for approval prior to giving it to a candidate. When you forward the offer letter, please include the requisition number in the body of the email.
  • Send CareerBuilder Form 62 requests and correspondence to Wakara Terry, Employment Services, Bookstore 320. Wakara's number is 773-702-8903.
  • Requests for sponsorships, authorization for work permits, permanent residency documents, etc. should be sent to Kim Grasch, kgrasch@uchicago.edu, 773-834-3549.
