The Thanksgiving Day observance (Thursday, November 26th & Friday, November 27th) will reduce the time available for preparing the biweekly payroll for pay period ending November 28, 2009. Therefore, the departmental schedules for submitting Handwritten Time Cards, Additional Payment Requests, Biweekly Payroll Adjustments, and Student Casual Payment Forms must be adjusted as follows: Biweekly Additional Payment Request forms (UPP 173) Biweekly Payroll Adjustment forms (UPP 184) Handwritten Time Cards * Computer Generated Time Cards Departments submitting handwritten time cards will need to project and estimate the number of hours employees will work for the last few days of the pay period. These estimated work hours should be entered on the appropriate time-input document. Any adjustments can be handled and processed in the following pay period. Departments that have implemented Time and Attendence will not be affected by the earlier deadline. Thank you for your cooperation and efforts.
