The Financial Services and Data Control units moved to 6054 S. Drexel Avenue on October 9, 2009. The logistics of the space in our new location makes it necessary to adjust the existing schedule for monthly ledger pickups. Effective this Monday, November 9, the ledgers will be available for pickup at 6054 S. Drexel Avenue, 4th floor conference room, 441, between the hours of 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm only. After 4:00 pm, the ledgers will be delivered by Faculty Exchange.

In recent months, NSIT, in conjunction with Financial Services, has been developing a system to distribute monthly ledger reports to campus electronically. In November we started our pilot testing of this system and anticipate launching the system to the entire University community by the end of the first quarter of 2010. In the meantime, we will need to follow the above procedure for ledger pickup.

Pickup instructions: Please enter the building at 6054 S. Drexel Avenue and take the elevator to the 4th floor. The receptionist will direct you to the conference room.
