In an effort to ensure that all transactions are included in the preliminary June 2007 ledgers, we encourage everyone to submit entries to NSIT-FHRA/Data Control as soon as possible. The busiest days for processing entries are on Fridays, and on the final day to submit entries for the year-end preliminary close.                      

In order to alleviate the processing demand at year end, the deadlines will be as follows. Only entries received by 10:00 AM on the dates indicated will be guaranteed to be processed and included in the preliminary June ledgers to be distributed on July 9, 2007. With the exception of Interdepartmental Order Forms (IDO’s), entries received after the deadline may be processed for the next preliminary closing.  After the deadline, IDO’s will be processed for the new fiscal year (FY06/07).
              
For entries covering the period 7/1/07 through 3/31/07, the deadline is
Monday, June 18, 2007.       
                 
For entries covering the period 4/1/07 through 6/30/07, the deadline is
Tuesday, July 3, 2007.
