SUBJECT: 2008 Internal Revenue Service (IRS) W-4 FORM
DATE: December 18, 2007

The 2008 IRS W-4 Form has been published, therefore, effective January 01, 2008 all new hire employees and changes to the IRS W-4 form must be filled out on the 2008 IRS W-4 Form.

A few copies of the 2008 W-4 Form has been enclosed with the time card distribution, please feel free to make additional copies for your department.
