SUBJECT: Biweekly Payroll Schedule for the LABOR DAY HOLIDAY
DATE: August 16, 2013

The Labor Day observance (Monday, September 2, 2013) will impact biweekly payroll processing for pay period ending August 31, 2013.

The holiday observance will reduce the time available for preparing the biweekly payroll. Despite the reduction in preparation time, biweekly payroll checks will still be available on Friday, September 6, 2013.

Therefore, the departmental schedules for submitting Time Cards, Additional Payment Request, Biweekly Payroll Adjustment and Student Casual Payment Request forms must be adjusted as follows:

    Approver Deadline: Tuesday, 09/03/13 12:00 Noon
  • Biweekly Additional Payment Request forms (UPP 173)

    DEADLINE: 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, 08/27/13 (Human Resources)
  • Biweekly Payroll Adjustment forms (UPP 184)

    DEADLINE: 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, 08/28/13 (Payroll Services)
  • Student Casual Payment Request forms (UPP 183S)

    DEADLINE: 12:00 Noon, Thursday, 08/29/13 (Payroll Services)
  • Time Cards

    DEADLINE: 12:00 Noon, Thursday, 08/29/13 (Payroll Services)
